60 days. During this inactive state, you won’t be connected to the internet or be able to make any outgoing calls / SMS, but you can still receive calls / SMS from other numbers.
After 60 days, if you haven’t subscribed to any plan, your line will unfortunately be terminated. To avoid this fate, simply subscribe to a new plan to reactivate your number once again!

Why when im subscribing to a new plan via online payment, it said “you change plan has failed please retry later” but my money were deducted from my bank acc and it were placed in yoodo wallet. I have tried it many time and the results still the same. What i should do ?

I have renew my yoodo but still the line not activated..
When usually the line being activated after the renewal?

It will active immediately, if still no line try restarting your phone to refresh the phone connection. Hope it help...
