60 days. During this inactive state, you won’t be connected to the internet or be able to make any outgoing calls / SMS, but you can still receive calls / SMS from other numbers.
After 60 days, if you haven’t subscribed to any plan, your line will unfortunately be terminated. To avoid this fate, simply subscribe to a new plan to reactivate your number once again!

Let's say the SIM has been deactivated for 180 days. Can I reactivate with the same SIM card again? (it's fine with different number)

This is actually a good question. Can save on getting new sim cards if previous Yoodo sim cards can be reactivated with new numbers.
I dont think so, each sim have their own serial number..Once, u activated it. It cant be recycleable again..
Actually, it doesn't matter how long the time period but Once it's deactivated, you can't re-use the SIM card again :)

To azim...Not quite really understand you question, sorry..but let me guesst, fyi if u want to port in to other telco you must have a active number, done billing, no contract etc whatsoever that need & it will not terminated your number, but change you to different telco...hope can answer your question :D
Same condition lorr..whether new number @ port in number. After 60days inactive state, number will be terminated.

To port in to Yoodo, you must have subscribed to a plan. So that plan will be active for 30 days. If you leave auto renew on, your selected plan will auto renew every 30 days. If you turn off auto renew, starting from day 31, your line will be inactive but you can still receive calls and smses. This inactive period lasts for 60 days. If you still did not subscribe to a new plan within these 60 days, on day 61 your line will be terminated and you won't be able to recover back your number.

will the line have interfered during 60 days without subscribing any plan? I have faced some of the issues that cannot receive the calls from my friends and the friends of mine can not call me for quite a long time.
@Lee...it should be no problem to receive call or sms during grace period. You need to check with customer care..hope it will be fine.
How to turn off auto renew?
At the Dashboard, tap on "Change" under "Your Plan". Slide the auto-renew slider to "OFF".
If reactivate more 60day or 3 months, when we active back can we used same number?

Hi Tan, you can keep your number for long term just by auto renewing it for 50 sms for RM3 every 30 days.
Because I turned off the auto-renewal function and thus did not subscribed to any plan, my line have been terminated after certain period (60 days), I understand that the SIM card cannot be use anymore, but can I request to get back the same number or recover the terminated number with another replacement SIM card? If answer if no then will I have to start all over again like first time to request a new number, register my new SIM card and debit card again? Because I can see now that my previous payment method using debit card have removed.

Why when im subscribing to a new plan via online payment, it said “you change plan has failed please retry later” but my money were deducted from my bank acc and it were placed in yoodo wallet. I have tried it many time and the results still the same. What i should do ?
