U need to call your bank for make debit online payment to a new merchant. Just said to them activating your e-commerce and debit online to telco Yoodo & update your phone number to receive MSOS code sms.

After few times tried with booster, I confirmed that PayPal did charges 1% of Yoodo payable amounts.
But PayPal payment is very easy and hassle-free, quite worth for it.
Yes, Setiap transaksi bayaran yg berjaya pihak Yoodo akan hantar invoice thru email dan juga notifications dlm app. Maybe Zulhilmi boleh cross check ya. Namun, sy bersetuju process mengaktifkan kad debit ni agak rumit..pengalaman saya terpaksa cuba 2kad debit berlainan dan akhirnya berjaya..fuhhh.

Hye Tukijo, buat masa ini tiada fungsi untuk tambah nilai kredit pada wallet yoodo kerana masih belum berfungsi sepenuhnya & masihpada versi 1.0. Akan datang fungsi wallet ini akan di upgrade oleh pihak yoodo untuk memudahkan pengguna2.

Hi Nurul, mungkin boleh Live Chat dgn ejen Yoodo utk semak knp order failed. Kene tahu failed sebab bank atau Yoodo. Mungkin kene check kad debit/kredit tu dah activate utk e-commerce usage ke tak.
Using card is complicated. I recommend to use PayPal.
To avoid any problem in future, for debit card please ensure that you have enough credit/money balance in your bank's account.

Hi WAN MOHD ZAMRI BINWAN OTHMAN, Yoodo uses token payment system, same like Netflix/Grab etc. Where you only authorize your payment option once, and your future purchases (or auto-renewals) happen as you've selected without the need to reauthorize or authenticate again.
This is one of the unique selling points of our service :)

Mula mula sekali pada esok hari sila hubungi agen Live Chat untuk meminta dengan mereka keluarkan data kredit kad dari akaun anda. Setelah selesai, cik login aplikasi Yoodo & klik pada wallet yg ada tulis RM tu & didalam sana ada pilihan online banking untuk anda topup wallet minima RM5 dan keatas.

Hi Customer Service In-charge person , I just received my Sim card today , and i when thru all the process to activate the Sim Card
At this step " Add Card " after input all my card info ( MAYBANK DEBIT )
I was then transfer to my browser " assets.braintreegateway.com ..... " and it stuck there with blank page , the page was finish loaded and nothing shown.
Can i know how to solve this? browser problem? apps problem? link problem? bank problem?
( my account has less than rm100 but i believe this was not the cause as the webpage was blank )
Then i switch back to my apps , and click " Add Card " again , it just go to browser again with another webpage and same thing finish load with blank page.
I do found that someone has this problem as well , hope to hear from you.
