    then, register again with yoodo.

    Possible of reasons, wrong name/IC number during scan/registered.

    unsettled payment of postpaid plan, inactive prepaid plan, sublines with main principle.

    ya betul, ikut nama berdaftar dengan telco lama, termasuk salah ejaan atau kurang nama penuh.

    Sila melawat cawagan telco lama untuk membetulkan ejaan nama penuh sebelum MNP lagi.
