For prepaid users, make sure your line is active. Top up your credit, then submit your port out request again.
For postpaid users, follow this checklist before submitting your port our request again:
a) Make sure your line is active
b) If you are the main line holder, remove any supplementary lines from your account
c) If you are a supplementary line holder, remove your line from the main account
d) Make sure to settle all outstanding bills with your current service provider

Ng, you can port out anytime as Yoodo uses a monthly basis from activation of each plan. Meaning if plan is activated 11 Feb, expiration of plan would be 11 March and so on so there would be no problem porting in at any time 😊😊
Hi Ng, last time when i ported out from Celcom, they pro rated my last bill. Just make sure to go to the Celcom centre or blue cube after your last bill cycle to settle the last bill.
Porting from Digi to Yodoo rejected.Call Digi afterwards,they say its ok to port no contract.what to do no?
Woow, thanks for inputs and appreciated. Currently I'm using celcom postpaid, meaning that can port out anytime with pro rate bill will be charge on last statement.
NG KAM WAH , kalau bil setiap 12 haribulan, elok buat permohonan untuk berpindah ke Yoodo (port-in) selewat-lewatnya pada 8 haribulan, sebab proses untuk perpindahan akan memakan masa sekitar 2-3 hari, dan anda akan menerima bil setakat 12 haribulan.

Kena pastikan nama dan nombor IC dalam sistem Digi dan Yoodo adalah sama, baru boleh buat perpindahan.
Kemudian, kena pastikan balas sms pengesahan perpindahan dari Digi pada masa yang telah ditetapkan.
Siapa ada pengalaman Digi Prepaid bertukar ke Yoodo, dia call seolah-olah seperti tidak bagi menukar port dari Digi ke Yoodo, mereka panggil tech untuk lajukan line di kawasan rumah saya. Kawasan sini digi memang tiada 4g, h+ pon dua bar sahaja.
Jadi adakah permohonan saya tukar ke Yoodo akan berjaya atau sebaliknya?
Lagi satu, jika gagal pindah line, boleh ke kita active kan sekali lagi dengan menggunakan sim yang dah dapat sebelum ni.

You call your current telco to check why was your port in request rejected. Common reasons are mismatch in name and ic registered, overdue bills, supplementary lines connected to the number your porting out, didn't reply the port out confirmation sms within the time frame given.
