d) Make sure to settle all outstanding bills with your current service provider

Hai FREDERICK MATIUS. Selalunya kalau belum complete port in, telco lama masih berfungsi. Pastikan butiran seperti nama adalah sama seperti kad pengenalan. Sila hubungi telco lama untuk mengetahui sebab port out ke yoodo gagal.
Boleh ulang semula proses proses port in ke Yoodo. Semoga berjaya.
