Tak boleh, kene beli plan dulu baru boleh dpt kredit RM20. Plan paling murah adalah 50 sms utk RM3.
Dah tiga hari tunggu active card.. Belum active lagi.. Guna no lama balik..

Depends on telco, for digi it's take 24 hours only.
hi LETITIA KOK YEN YUE, it's usually quite fast, between an hour to a day max depending on your current Telco but if it's been almost a day, I'd suggest to check with your current Telco or get in touch with our agents via Live Chat for them to advise you on next steps.

I did mine from Celcom to Yoodo.
Confirmation sms got it within 10-15minutes.
Port out my number in 5-6hours later.

Best way is once you applied for mnp and confirmed it, contact yoodo Live chat just for the fun of it.
And then contact your current telco helpline to reconfirm and expedite your case.
Hi, I request to port out from YooDo to DiGi due to poor coverage of Celcom in my area. I've already reply to confirmation email from YooDo (never received sms from YooDo regarding port out) but unfortunately I received call from DiGi said that my request was unsuccessfully because of did not respond to confirmation sms. 1st, did you already activate the sim? If not, you're safe. Just order new sim. It's free.
If already activate, go to Yoodo app, suspended the sim and request for replacement.
I like to port in from Celcom to Yoodo, more than 3 days already since I activate my sim, not receive any sms for requesting port in. Already called celcom, current service provider said did not receive any port out request
Did you select "Keep my number" when activating your sim? If yes and Celcom didn't receive your port out request, please Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to get them to assist to resend the port out request to Celcom. You can Live Chat now.

You can scroll down and tap on Live Chat. From there, Yoodo's agents can help you with the port out request. We are also fellow community users so we do not have access to Yoodo's system to assist you to initiate port out request.
Hi, yesterday my portability status was in dashboard. But today it's gone. Tried scanning barcode again, it says sim already activated. But my old sim still has line? So could I put in my new MNP sim? My husband's dashboard still has the same portability in process status box while mine has totally disappear.

Doesn't happen always but sometimes even after successful port out, and your new Line is active, it maybe take some time for the previous telco to stop your line, thus showing it's still active.
