    Hai, saya nak aktifkan sim saya, yoodo ckp suruh tunggu sms dulu baru masukkan sim.. Tapi skrg saya belum terima apa2 sms lagi.. Mcmna ya?

    Hi,why I got sms said 'Sorry, but your current provider, YELLOW denied your request to switch to Celcom. We can provide you details, just call us at 0196011111. Sincerely, Celcom' when I apply to switch telco from Yoodo..when I Called Celcok they say I never reply 'YES' but the sms wasnt even sent to me from the 1st place..

    Buat bila?.. untuk SMS tu cik kena hubungi operator Umobile dan bagitahu mereka yang cik belum terima lagi. Segera hubungi Operator Umobile ye.

    Salam akif, anda perlu contact Umobile. Pihak Yoodo hanya boleh hantar request. Jika terlepas pandang sms dari Umobile, anda perlu buat sekali lagi port pout request itu.

    Salam Fikri, jika nombor baru on the spot boleh aktif SIM kad, dengan syarat semua proses pendaftaran (IC dan ID verification, pembayaran, etc...) berjalan lancar. Jika nombor dari telco lain (MNP), ia akan ambil masa sekurang kurangnya 3-5 hari bekerja. Untuk pendaftaran baru jangan lupa masukkan promo code

    > For prepaid users, make sure your line is active.

    > For postpaid users, follow this checklist before submitting your port our request again:

    a) Make sure your line is active

    b) If you are the main line holder, remove any supplementary lines from your account

    c) If you are a supplementary line holder, remove your line from the main account

    d) Make sure to settle all outstanding bills with your current service provider.

    Please contact UniFi Customer Service for more details why your portout request are rejected?

    Hi Ong, kindly contact current telco provider. InsyaAllah they can provide you details why your process failed. Anyway, any telco even Yoodo have no rights to hold your number unless your number not active, contracts or unsettle bill with them. You can bring it to MCMC and lodge a complain.
