    Tak boleh, kene beli plan dulu baru boleh dpt kredit RM20. Plan paling murah adalah 50 sms utk RM3.

    Depends on telco, for digi it's take 24 hours only.

    hi LETITIA KOK YEN YUE, it's usually quite fast, between an hour to a day max depending on your current Telco but if it's been almost a day, I'd suggest to check with your current Telco or get in touch with our agents via Live Chat for them to advise you on next steps.

    Hi @Mariam.
    1st, did you already activate the sim? If not, you're safe. Just order new sim. It's free.
    If already activate, go to Yoodo app, suspended the sim and request for replacement.

    Hi, yesterday my portability status was in dashboard. But today it's gone. Tried scanning barcode again, it says sim already activated. But my old sim still has line? So could I put in my new MNP sim? My husband's dashboard still has the same portability in process status box while mine has totally disappear.

    Kalau dah topup boleh buat pembelian ikut plan yang mana tuan hendak langgan. Pastikan kredit mencukupi untuk membeli plan yang hendak dibeli, kalau tidak ia akan gagal.

  • HAF YAH NADZIRAH BINTI ARIFIN usually it will take 1-3 working days. If your port out fail, try to correct your name first. Contact yoodo live chat tk correct it. I think your name is HAFYAH not HAF YAH right? Sorry kalau saya tersilap ya.

  • MUHAMMAD IKHWAN BINKHAIRUL ANUAR lepas dah scan SIM tu pilih plan yang di pilih masa order SIM hari tu. Tak payah buat plan baru. tapi kalau nak tukar pun takda masalah. tapi kalau haritu order SIM guna link referral, kena masukkan semula kod referral sebelum pembayaran. kalau tak hanya akan dapat activation bonus 5GB. boleh guna kod referral ni xatrf0594. Nanti akan dapat referall bonus 7GB.

    Did you select "Keep my number" when activating your sim? If yes and Celcom didn't receive your port out request, please Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to get them to assist to resend the port out request to Celcom. You can Live Chat now.

    Best way is once you applied for mnp and confirmed it, contact yoodo Live chat just for the fun of it.
    And then contact your current telco helpline to reconfirm and expedite your case.

    Kene tunggu port out confirmation sms dari telco skrg. Kalau tak dpt sms tu, boleh panggil telco skrg utk bertanya.

    You can scroll down and tap on Live Chat. From there, Yoodo's agents can help you with the port out request. We are also fellow community users so we do not have access to Yoodo's system to assist you to initiate port out request.

    I already activated my sim card but the yoodo app isn't updated? When I tried yo update it again, it said that my sim already been activated. Is this how it suppose to be?

    Salam akif, anda perlu contact Umobile. Pihak Yoodo hanya boleh hantar request. Jika terlepas pandang sms dari Umobile, anda perlu buat sekali lagi port pout request itu.

    Hi, I request to port out from YooDo to DiGi due to poor coverage of Celcom in my area. I've already reply to confirmation email from YooDo (never received sms from YooDo regarding port out) but unfortunately I received call from DiGi said that my request was unsuccessfully because of did not respond to confirmation sms. What should I do?

    Macam mana nk aktifkan sim. Dlm dalam wallet ade 40..mmg sy igtkn 40 tu boleh trus hidup sim tp x tau knp boleh masuk ke wallet. So skrg ni sim saya x hidup ii. Sblm sy order sim sy pilih nk yg no lama, ok skrg dh sampai. Bila dh di online bankin, sim ni x hidup ii lagi.. Sy mntak tolong msj no ni 0132119569
    Sy berharap sangat team yoodo bantu sy.. Sy nk sim ni hidup.
