What do I do if the port out SMS (from my current provider) has expired?

    The sms expired. Now how to select keep my number because when I try to activate the sim again, it said already been activated. At dashboard, it still show portability in process.

    Hi, already contact your live agent. He said i must wait until i receive a reject message to port. Please do the reset for me if it really can be done.

    I received 2 sms from my former mobile service provider, first message ask me to answer yes or no to port, it only given me 3 hours and it happened in midnight. Second message said rejected and said that they didn't receive my answer. I try to reactivated, but your system said i can't port this no. Please investigate and revert.

    Hi CHANG AH NYA, please do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat, head to HELP tab from the App or our website, and scroll all the way down for Live Chat option.

    Your existing Telco should give you 24 hours to respond to the Port Out SMS actually, best is for our agents to check the details and advice you accordingly. Thanks and looking forward to having you onboard soon :)
