What do I do if the port out SMS (from my current provider) has expired?

    The sms expired. Now how to select keep my number because when I try to activate the sim again, it said already been activated. At dashboard, it still show portability in process.

    Hi, already contact your live agent. He said i must wait until i receive a reject message to port. Please do the reset for me if it really can be done.

    I received 2 sms from my former mobile service provider, first message ask me to answer yes or no to port, it only given me 3 hours and it happened in midnight. Second message said rejected and said that they didn't receive my answer. I try to reactivated, but your system said i can't port this no. Please investigate and revert.

    Hi CHANG AH NYA, please do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat, head to HELP tab from the App or our website, and scroll all the way down for Live Chat option.

    Your existing Telco should give you 24 hours to respond to the Port Out SMS actually, best is for our agents to check the details and advice you accordingly. Thanks and looking forward to having you onboard soon :)

  • Hi, if you have issue to port out from other Telco, do contact your current Telco provider for the reason, also go to live chat to resubmit port in request.

I already data plan during activation first time. What should I do?

    Duit sudah kena tolak?, Kalau belum ulang semula proses kekalkan nombor ke Yoodo tu YAZID BINMOHD YUSOFF .

    Request port out baru lagi dari telco baru anda, jangan lupa check email dari yoodo untuk port out, dia orang tidak pakai SMS.

  • JAN JUN KAI maafkan saya, saya tersilap , saya nak tukar ke yoodo guna nombor lama, tapi request dari telco lama telahpun overdue, jadi macam mana nak request port in baru dari lama ke yoodo, boleh tak jika saya buat dari app yoodo?

    MUHAMMAD HAZWAN AFDHALUDDINBIN ABDUL GHANI boleh buat port in request baru dari yoodo app lagi, ingat select mantain old number ya kalau mahu pakai nombor lama balik.

    I want to port out from tunetalk to yodoo..I received an sms to confirm exiting from tunetalk..I got the sms at 2am (sleeping time)..so the request was rejected because lately I replied at 8am..I have contact tunetalk customer service to ask this problem but they said i need to contact yodoo to solve this problem.
