    Please Live Chat with Yoodo's agents tomorrow morning and provide them with the transaction details. They will be able to check and update accordingly.

    Hi Azrul, jangan risau k. Duit anda selamat. Tapi kenapa tunggu sebulan baru nak report? Jika berlaku 25/2 ...hari ini dah 28/3. Jika ada sebarang masalah, terus ajukan kepada yoodo agent melalui LiveChat @ submit ticket. Yoodo CS tiada sebarang nombor utk didail. Semuanya online.... Harap bersabar ye.

    Hi HALIMAH BINTIIBRAHIMO, selepas topup RM32 tu tadi cik perlulah melanggani apa2 plan untuk aktifkan talian (akaun akan aktif selama 30 hari) Pilih sahaja mana2 plan yang hendak.

    Jangan risau duit dalam wallet Yoodo tidak ada tarikh luput, dan boleh digunakan bila2 masa untuk pembaharuan plan atau pembelian plan.
