    What about removing the old debit or credit card?

    Hi KENNETH NG CHAN FAI , if you have 2 card details on your app, you can remove them on your own actually. 

    In your App, click on the top left sidebar menu > Payments > Change debit/credit card

    Hi MUHAMMAD FAREEZ BIN YUSRI, I'm guessing you're using Debit Cards via ATM card right? Please call your bank to let them know you're using it for an online transaction at Yoodo.

    Even though you may have purchased something online, sometimes this is still necessary - possibly cause Yoodo does have Auto-Renew, which means for future transactions can you opt to not do the payment process again.

    Anyways, please do try that as usually that's the only issue when it comes to ATM Debit Card payments. Hope it helps, do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat if you need further info. Thanks! :)

    Hi. First time log in. I got a problem. I can not change my payment method. Nothing clickable except The Left Arrow and The Wallet.

    Hi. Try to log out from the app. Clear cache from your phone setting. And try to log in again. If this doesn't solve the problem, contact Yoodo agent via live chat for faster technical response.

    Hi. What if i dont want to use credit card /debit card. So is it have another way to i pay the bill? Paypal maybe

    Paypal option and Boost options are now available. Explore it?

    For myself, I am still using my credit card for all Yoodo transactions. Better that way. Plus, there's no issue so far.

    Hi, I haven't put in my payment method yet, and I would like to know can I actually remove my payment method or anything like that? maybe stop the montly subscription?

    Hi TAN ZHEN CHI, you need a payment active to be able to use yoodo, that's our business model.

    However, you can choose to not auto-renew. By this way, your plan will not be automatically renewed every month and it will expire if you don't manually renew it :)

    Hi, may I know how to topup money in the wallet? Should have that function as well coz it seems like the wallet cannot be topup.

    At the moment you are still not able to topup money to the wallet. But soon Yoodo will introduce online banking to topup the wallet. Just stay tuned for the announcement.

    Hi... I have using Credit Card method to pay the 1st payment to activate my New Yoodo sim card. I found that it is automatic renew plan by auto pay via my Credit Card. I had try to left sidebar "Menu", "Payment" but after that the page is nothing can let me Change or Delete the history record of my Credit Card record. May I know how to remove my payment method ? Maybe stop the Montly Subscription? Kindly reply me ASAP. Thanks.

    Hi Ho Soo Liang.

    The only payment method accepted currently is via Credit/Debit card. Soon when Online Banking is launched, you may opt to replace your current payment method to Online Banking.

    Regarding stopping the monthly subscription, you may simply remove auto renew on subscription plan by going to Dashboard > your plan > change. And at the bottom of it, you can turn off the auto renew.
