In your App, click on the top left sidebar menu > Payments > Change debit/credit card Alternatively, do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat and they'll be able to assist you accordingly. Thanks :) -2 Permalink MUHAMMAD FAREEZ BIN YUSRI June 15, 2018 14:28 The payments are all unsuccessful even I have set up the payment method. Urgent hel pleasee 0 Permalink theJeff Community Manager June 16, 2018 01:17 Hi MUHAMMAD FAREEZ BIN YUSRI, I'm guessing you're using Debit Cards via ATM card right? Please call your bank to let them know you're using it for an online transaction at Yoodo. Even though you may have purchased something online, sometimes this is still necessary - possibly cause Yoodo does have Auto-Renew, which means for future transactions can you opt to not do the payment process again. Anyways, please do try that as usually that's the only issue when it comes to ATM Debit Card payments. Hope it helps, do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat if you need further info. Thanks! :) 1 Permalink MUHAM/IAD AMIRUL BNZULKAFLI July 05, 2018 02:20 Hi. First time log in. I got a problem. I can not change my payment method. Nothing clickable except The Left Arrow and The Wallet. 0 Permalink EARIE BIN MADIUS Superuser July 05, 2018 02:26 Hi. Try to log out from the app. Clear cache from your phone setting. And try to log in again. If this doesn't solve the problem, contact Yoodo agent via live chat for faster technical response. By the way, welcome onboard to a fulfilling journey with Yoodo. #YOODOITBETTER 1 Permalink TO_BE_DEFINED September 22, 2018 22:42 Hi. What if i dont want to use credit card /debit card. So is it have another way to i pay the bill? Paypal maybe 0 Permalink EARIE BIN MADIUS Superuser September 24, 2018 23:17 Paypal option and Boost options are now available. Explore it? For myself, I am still using my credit card for all Yoodo transactions. Better that way. Plus, there's no issue so far. 2 Permalink NAZRUN BIN AHMADKHAZAZI October 21, 2018 09:08 Can make every purchase need to request TAC no?..now system too easy for anybody make transaction.. 0 Permalink TAN ZHEN CHI/ November 30, 2018 11:53 Hi, I haven't put in my payment method yet, and I would like to know can I actually remove my payment method or anything like that? maybe stop the montly subscription? 1 Permalink theJeff Community Manager November 30, 2018 22:59 Hi TAN ZHEN CHI, you need a payment active to be able to use yoodo, that's our business model. However, you can choose to not auto-renew. By this way, your plan will not be automatically renewed every month and it will expire if you don't manually renew it :) 0 Permalink NUR DALILAH BTDA HALIB December 01, 2018 03:13 Hi, may I know how to topup money in the wallet? Should have that function as well coz it seems like the wallet cannot be topup. -1 Permalink WONG YUEN SERN Superuser December 01, 2018 03:22 At the moment you are still not able to topup money to the wallet. But soon Yoodo will introduce online banking to topup the wallet. Just stay tuned for the announcement. 1 Permalink HO SOO LIANG December 10, 2018 20:43 Edited Hi... I have using Credit Card method to pay the 1st payment to activate my New Yoodo sim card. I found that it is automatic renew plan by auto pay via my Credit Card. I had try to left sidebar "Menu", "Payment" but after that the page is nothing can let me Change or Delete the history record of my Credit Card record. May I know how to remove my payment method ? Maybe stop the Montly Subscription? Kindly reply me ASAP. Thanks. 0 Permalink JAFRUL FIRDAUS BIN JINAN TAIB December 10, 2018 22:33 Hi Ho Soo Liang. The only payment method accepted currently is via Credit/Debit card. Soon when Online Banking is launched, you may opt to replace your current payment method to Online Banking. Regarding stopping the monthly subscription, you may simply remove auto renew on subscription plan by going to Dashboard > your plan > change. And at the bottom of it, you can turn off the auto renew. You're welcome. 1 Permalink AMIR SUFI BIN MOHD SAID December 27, 2018 15:34 Edited Hi! It is a deposit which is refundable or? 0 Permalink theJeff Community Manager January 18, 2019 06:49 Hi CHONG KOK FAI, sorry missed this.. it went into spam control. Anyways, RM 1 is charged by the bank, not Yoodo. It's for validation only. Meaning the bank charges you to validate your transaction (usually just first time) and they'll cancel/return the RM 1 back. 0 Permalink MOHD FIRDAUS BIN ADAM June 25, 2019 02:06 how can i change my payment method to maybank2u?? there only show paypal and debit card only 1 Permalink Please sign in to leave a comment.
