What will happen if I don’t subscribe to a new plan or auto renew my plan when the current month is over? How long will my account be active?

    I jz subscribe for the data plan , izit not able to receive sms n call ?

    Hi TANG SU WEN

    If you only subscribe to Data, you'll still be able to Receive in-coming Voice/SMS.

    You won't be able to make out-going Voice/SMS only. But even then, after choosing your plan you realized you need to make a call or send sm - then you can purchase a Booster immediately.

    At your yoodo dashboard see the 'change plan' & click it then toggle the auto-renew button to ‘Off’. Your plan will stop on the date it expires. @Nurul

    In the Yoodo App, at the top right (below Wallet) you'll be "Change" - click on it. The next page, at the bottom you'll be the on/off tab to disable auto renew
