Yes, you can. When you activate your sim, just select "Keep My Number". This will allow you to MNP to Yoodo.
Is your mother's number registered in your name? If it is, then you can MNP that number under your account as a second line. If it is under her name, you will have to create a new Yoodo account for her. On a positive note, you can use your referral code when you create her Yoodo account. Both of you will get RM20 in the wallet.

To Yoodo Guest, you can Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to see if they can help you to change the delivery address. If they can't, then just order a new sim. You can order up to 5 sims in a month.
If you order a new sim card and add another line in that same Yoodo account, you will be able to use that remaining credit in your account.
Do you mean you ordered a sim with a selected plan instead of a blank sim? Anyway, the sim that comes is a blank sim. You need to select your plan again when you activate the sim.

In your Dashboard, is your sms doughnut in yellow? It will state "50 (or more) sms left out of 50 (or more) sms". If yes, then you should be able to send sms.
Are you trying to send sms to a 5-digit number? If yes, then you might not be able to cause Yoodo blocks sms to most 5-digit numbers.

Hi Yoodo Guest..SIM that you order actually are just blank SIM and didn't bind with any numbers. You can choose new number when you activate the SIM via Yoodo apps only. Thank you
Hi Yood Gueat.. the new Sim will not have a number attached to it. Once you get the new sim then u select the number or MNP other TELCO number.

Hi Yoodo Guest. Yoodo Sim is free and without a phone number attached to it when ship. So u can just keep the Sim card. no need to cancel. if u still want to cancel .. can chat with Live chat team.
