    Tq @thejeff..
I Did contact Bob+shidi for that via live chat.. They both were helpful..
Did everything necessary with the setting etc etc.. But still unable to connect..
That is why I thought maybe it was something else rather than the setting per se. In the "particular" area with more restricted rules and regulation by Thai government... It might not be the same as in northern Thailand..
    Haha..

Looking forward if anyone have good experience with RLH in southern Thailand..
Just arrived in Malaysia, save and sound..

Hope that my next RLH experience would be better..

Hi SITI BADARIAH BINTIZAKARIA, that info isn't applicable now. Thailand is probably 1 of the top 10 destinations for our RLH, even in the event there's no 4G connectivity, the 3G coverage is fast enough for more usual activity including watching YouTube.

Do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat so they could check your account and advice your further on troubleshooting.

Here's a step by step guide on changing APN Settings (just to be sure) https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/360011712553-How-do-i-change-my-APN-settings-

Still unable to connect..come across this dated years back..not sure if it able to explain it..

"Thai authorities have barred IDD roaming services for all Malaysian-registered handphones in the southern provinces of Narathiwat, Yala and Pattani.
The Thai move was apparently due to suspicions that some bombings in southern Thai had been triggered by Malaysian-issued prepaid handphones.

An industry source added that another reason was that the Thai authorities wanted to prevent those living in southern Thailand from using the services of Malaysian telcos as the mobile rates were much cheaper."

Hi SITI BADARIAH BINTIZAKARIA, sorry to hear that. Yea hopefully it'll be a better experience next time, especially since you've lodged a complaint with our agents, they'll escalate it to be checked.

Thanks WONG MENG JIAN, yea from our checkings here most users in that region can connect and have used data, voice etc so this might be a rare case or just so happens didn't manage to latch on to network.

    Hi Siti,

You need check your APN is yoodo instead others.

If your phone is dual sim, please check is that preferred data fix to yoodo simcard?

After that, reboot phone and connect manually to DTAC or AIS 3G only.

Your roaming should be working now, but subject to your balances of data, will throttled your speed once quota finished.

Hi SITI BADARIAH BINTIZAKARIA, this is entirely dependent on which country you're roaming at actually (where are you at?).

I was just in Bali last weekend, it was also 3G all the way! speed was decent at about 8-10mbps which was enough to waze, spotify etc just never got 3G on telkomsel there
