If i have a balance of data/voice/sms for last month, could I carry for following month?

Hi, just port in to Yoodo today, and i was credited with RM20 in my wallet. Just wondering, is there any expiry date on this free credit? How long can i hold on to this RM20?
Hi Zaki, welcomed to Yoodo family. As far im concern, that RM20 gift is without expired date. It can be use anytime as long u yoodo number is still active. But pls remember, data promo 10GB/RM10 will last until 17th June this month. Better use it wisely. 😜😜

FAIZUL BIN MOHD DOM is right! And the promo is super legit! haha but to note thought, the credit in Wallet - You can Choose when to use it.
Meaning, IF you purchase anything equivalent or below whatever amount you have in your Wallet > the system will deduct from the wallet first.
IF you purchase or pay for anything above the amount in Wallet, then it will deduct from your registered payment option.

And how does one go to topup this wallet anyways? Didn't see any options on that in the app (or mebbe i didn't browse thoroughly enuff).

Well yes MVNO but unlike others like MOHD YAZID BIN MOHD IDRUS mentioned, we're Celcom's digital start up. So yea, things are different in that sense ;)
On the Wallet, what we're seeing now is basically version 1.0, definitely not what we intend it to be but it will be upgraded gradually so do expect the wallet to be able to do more (including being an option whether you want to pay from wallet or other methods).
Payment option.. Include paypal as well.. So I can bring some monies in... Hehe... How about BTC? Just kidding.. Need to worry of AMLA... Huhu
Saya lebih suka kalau diperkenalkan satu bentuk pembayaran tanpa melibatkan sektor perbankan. Telah saya cadangkan sebelum ini dlm beberapa posting, perlu ada satu pembayaran tunai melalui kaunter atau terminal, contoh terbaik ialah e-pay. Tak semua orang mempunyai kemudahan membuka akaun bank. Masalah macam inilah yg menyebabkan beberapa rakan saya tak jadi mengaktifkan yoodo. Losing potential customers because lacking of something simple, yoodo should reconsider this.

Anyways on your point, we're definitely introducing online banking payment options, it's something we've been working on, we'll be starting to test it soon and I'm guessing within a month or two, we should be having them.
As for over the counter top up, that's really not something we're looking at simply because of our business model and digital user journey. That's very much traditional top-up telco style, and if we're losing those customers without any banks, then it's something we have to live with cause we really are for the 'future' in the sense of everything now going to be online and digital. Everything from ordering food, transport, groceries, entertainment etc is done online and it's just gonna grow even bigger. Hope that makes sense :)
How to check whether have balance payment up to-date?
Hi Tan, any status can be check from Dashboard and the log from the Timeline. If you're looking for detailed statement of all usages, currently Yoodo does not offer that feature (yet).
Yoodo, can you put plan suggestion base on previous usage track record?And perhaps we also can see our previous selected plan & how much we spend.
