Dont press anything, just follow the instructions it give..sometime it want u to open mouth, shake your head, e.g...& must be yourself, to match the indetity card.

There's an error that says the identification was unsuccessful. The agent will indentified manually. I contact the customer support and it say it will take 2 working day to identified. But the reply was the same. There's no solution.
