why BANDAR BARU TANGKAK DOES NOT SUPPORT 4G?EXPLAIN
Hi Hoe Keng Ann , Yoodo runs on Celcom's widest coverage network.
I've actually checked on our internal coverage map and a non-partisan website as well to confirm that there is 4G coverage in Bandar Baru Tangkak, Johor.

However, if you did not receive a 4G reception, it could be due to various reasons at that particular point in this. Best way to investigate this is to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat, give them the full details on where exactly and when it happened ya? Thanks :)
Jementah doesnt have 4g also. The network is slow. Last time i check, the internet speed is only 1mbps. Already started to like yoodo but the speed disappoint me 😔
Hi AHMAD NOP IZUDDINBIN A RAHMA/ , you're right as I've checked using http://www.sensorly.com/ , the 4G coverage in Jementah is poor.
While the 3G in all rural areas are pretty strong on Celcom Network, 4G isn't 100% yet especially in Jementah, Johor. Last I check we're rapidly rolling this out in stages.
I'll update here once I have a time period for this for your area. Thanks for raising this up! :)

Before you insert your SIM into your phone, activate your SIM card first. Here's how Yoodo it:
Step 1: Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot to access the app
Step 2: Log in to the Yoodo app
Step 3: Choose “Activate my SIM”.
Step 4: Follow the instructions to get your SIM activated.
Step 5: Receive an activation success message.
Step 6: Insert your SIM into your phone. You're good to go!
