How do I restore my normal Internet speed once I’ve hit the daily quota?

    Hi Ainurrazman, welcome to the Yoodo community. Sorry for the bad network you experiencing now.

    1st- we try basic troubleshoot here, if your APN is celcom 3G, change it to Yoodo APN.

    Go to phone setting > mobile network > Access point name > Create new APN > follow the screeshoot i give below > Save the new APN > restart/reboot your phone.

     

     

    If still no change, please make a report with Yoodo's customer support for further assistance and check to see if any problems with the network at your area.

    Hi Yodoo team
    Hopefully all are good.
    I have a concern regarding my internet speed in my home area (Gombak). It’s a little bit slow even though I just want to sent some picture via Whatsapp.
    Please assist on this matter.
