The Roam Like Home Pass is available for 24, 72 ,168 OR 360 hours from the time of activation. For example, if you bought and activated a 1-day pass at 3.00PM on 12th December, it will expire at 3.00PM on 13th December.

Niche, mostly telcos will refresh in midnight of local time, kind of not fair.
But Yoodo is the Malaysia No.1 Telco.
I activated around 6pm today. But why I still can't use data nor call in Singapore? Please advise.
Can you check to see if your APN is set to Yoodo? If it is not Yoodo, you won't be able to RLH.
I tried change the APN to "Yoodo". Ntg happened.... Please advise step by step

For Roam Like Home service :
-no auto renewal available
-not able to renew before expiry
-upon expiry, we lose Internet connectivity
-only daily pass available
How on earth are we suppose to use data connection uninterruptly?
Your valuable support team advise was to FIND A WiFi connection to renew... Which defies the purpose of data roaming in the first place.
Please take this feedback and revise your offering that has some common sense...

The activation follows the time in the home country or the time of country where one is roaming?

Hi SUKDERSHAN SINGH A/L HAZARA SINGH, it doesn't matter which country timezone you're in. Our Roam Lke Home is 24-hours. Meaning if Roaming was activated at 12am, it'll be active until the next day 12am :)
We're not like other Telcos who'll renew at midnight regardless of what time you activate your roaming
