Hi KAREN DING MING NYUK, unfortunately at the moment you can purchase your new pass ahead. It can only be purchased again once it expires.
We're working on enabling users to purchase ahead, even a few days ahead

You must have IDD plan for make a call to overseas.

Hi AHSAN BASHIR. yah IDD is needed. u can also get Roam Like Home package. that also need to have data purchase first, unless u are on unlimited plan where 2GB is available,
