You can purchase your pass up to 60 days before you go travelling. Your pre-purchase pass is valid for 60 days, but it will only activate once you start roaming in a different country. Once it is activated, it will stay active for 24, 72, 168, or 360 hours, depending on which RLH pass you purchased.
