need some clarifications eg I have active whatsapp add-on eg 20gb... It seems that the bucket hardly use but instead my active data quota being deducted everytime I attached image or video on whatsapp... is this the case for the whatsapp add-on which I purchased at rm1...? Jeff? tq
Hi S.ANANTHAN A/L SATHIAMOORTHY, you're talking when you're roaming or at home? Either way, if you're Purchased Whatsapp Add-On, and you used Whatsapp App. It should deduct from it accordingly and Not your base data.
If you feel this isn't the case, please do get in touch with our agents and they'll get the necessary details to check on this further. From the hours of testing we've done so far on various different devices, there's isn't any issues we've seen but do get in touch with us if it isn't working as it should for you. Thanks
Thanks Jeff for the prompt reply. I will chat with customer agent asap. My whatsapp quota only used about 500mb since Jan 13... and my normal data quota shrink heavily about 1.3gb usage... The youtube add-on deducting correctly. thanks Jeff.
