First, you’ll want to buy one of our roaming plans. Currently, we have the "Roam Like Home" service, available in 67 countries. Your roaming will be activated automatically once you start using any data, voice or SMS. Remember, without a roaming plan, you won’t be able to make or receive calls, use data or send SMS, but you can still receive SMS and access public WiFi hotspots. I have purchased the roam like home plan. It shows on my dashboard. But i have tried activating it by turning on data and Roaming to no avail. I've even tried setting my provider network to the ones listed for Indonesia. Please help!

I am at Indonesia already activated the roaming but I'm unable get the data on. I have tried selected telcomsel but nil fix. I can't use my data in here in Bali.

Activated roam like home in India.. wasted my money.. probably will opt to port out.. cannot use data.. thankfully calls worked .. well only 1 min call..
Hi RAVIPRAKASH RADHAKRISHNA, did you set your APN to yoodo and connected to our preferred Network Bharti there? If so there shouldn't be any problem as we have hundreds currently roaming in India.

Activated the roaming in taiwan. And it really weird when the sim card default connected to telco that provided the roaming to 3G only. Each time restart the phone, the telco is different. Had to restart the device so that yoodo sim card connected to 4G telco.

Not working for both France and London. Paid RM20 in France total waste. Tried luck in London purchased RM20 still useless. Im so lucky that most of these 2 countries they have wifi at most places. But half of the time I was run ing around without internet connection. Chatting with live chat been changing person in charge. All i did was to explain to different person with the same question. Team explained to change to Yoodo in the settings but no luck. 1 word disappointed and Im changing back to my old carrier.

Correct, you can only receive smses in Netherlands if you do not subscribe to a roaming pass. To send smses to Malaysia, make/receive calls to/from Malaysia, or use data you need to subscribe to a roaming pass.
Why can't received calls when out of country withoutbuying roaming pass? most of other telco plan out there are able to receive calls., Yoodo are working backward!!! After port in just notice this problem. Need to port out agains. Wasting my time on Yoodo.
Ee May Chang. Same with my case in Paris and London. Its useless there. Im so damn lucky few areas they have public wifi, no so strong but at least usable. Yoodo is totally out!
Hi EE MAY CHANG, if didn't purchase roaming (RLH) then can't use roaming. This is working forward cause we don't charge our customers for things they don't need (by auto subscribing them to anything and charging a huge amount for roaming). At Yoodo you'll only will be able to receive in-coming SMS while roaming if didn't purchase any RLH plan

Hi Danny Sim Kuang Soon we do have Roam Like Home in France, ofcourse you have to purchase it and ensure your APN is set to yoodo to access the best roaming option in the country.

For France, it's RM 20 p/day (24-hours) on Bouygues Telecom Network. Have a good trip!
Hi Jeff, we don't mine being charge for answering call. As other telco prepaid plan we don't need to subscribe to anything. They only charge us if we answering the call. I thing this match with Yoodo policy. At least make this option available as we do not need the Day roaming pass. It seem like we being force to subscribe Day pass for roaming. will be very troublesome for us while abroad not able to answering call.
I dont blame yodoo or anything. I was going back and forth with customer service to get it sorted but still not working. Yoodoo is awesome dont get me wrong just that its not working for me at overseas. Yodoo teams are awesome, they replied almost every of my inquiries. Guide through set up still not working. I guess its all about experienced.
Hi EE MAY CHANG, receiving Calls while abroad are chargeable, different amount on different countries depending on network charges etc.
RLH is practically that, infact we're not even charging for Calls received from Malaysia in the 53 countries covered by RLH. And when you do call back home, it's at local charges using your voice call quota, there's absolutely no one in the market offering something close to competitive as this. Depending on which country you're at, it's RM 10 or RM 20 p/day (24-hours) only.
It very sad that my number cannot receive call at China? I work at oversea, I want receive call if someone call for urgent matter. I chooose Yoodo because it can deduct monthly automatically without terminate the line. But with just roaming to receive call, I need pay 6000% fee (480/8) to stay able receive call (min RM 8 for SMS n call, and roaming RM120/7days).
Even I choose digi or Hotlink prepaid, I still can receive call if stay active and got balance. Now, it suck, I will change back to other service to stay connect.
