Before you start, try to make sure your answer to these questions is a resounding ‘yes’:
- Is your mobile account is still active?
- Are you free of any contract obligations?
- Have you cleared all outstanding payments with your previous provider?
- If you have supplementary lines attached to your main line, do you need to port your supplementary lines separately?
Now, let’s move on to the steps:
Step 1: During the sign up phase, instead of choosing your number, key in the number you want to port in. Now just wait for your SIM to arrive.
Step 2: Pick up your SIM from the delivery location specified and activate it via the Yoodo app.
Step 3: After activating your SIM, we’ll start the porting process. You can easily track its progress via your Dashboard on the app.
Step 4: You will receive an SMS and email confirmation when your number has been ported over successfully. Don’t worry - your service will carry on as usual.
Step 5: Now insert your SIM into your phone, and you’re ready to start using your SIM!
