Hi goodmorning . I switch my old number to yodoo and now my problem is now i cannot use my previous simcard telco number and Yoodo simcard because both line are No Service status. Im facing a huge trouble for 1 whole day when my office and client couldn't contact me 😢. Please advise me, thank you

Kindly do keep in touch with Yoodo Live Chat agents regarding your portin status this Morning ya (Live Chat operation hours from 9am to 9pm).
How to use Live Chat:
If you receive the SMS just reply 'NO' ya. After that you can reactive the sim with new number :)
Why can't the verification code appear for final confirmation via Debit Card payment of Rm1? Have tried a couple of times but there no verification code received BTW my registered no.0124889634 please advise.Thanks

I had to go to Celcom Bluecube with my mother. Request for ownership transfer. I think processing fee of RM60...
But this is the event the number is under a different name.
I don't know what exactly is your issue, but I think better to call Celcom and rectify any issues.

I also had issue porting out from Celcom before. The issue was my number was under my mother's name, so I had to transfer ownership of my number to my name. Then only I was able to port out of Celcom. Hope this helps :)
The password to register my debit card was told to be sent to my old number. But that number no longer active. So im not able to receive the password. Can it be sent to email?
