I cannot activate my sim. Evrytime i want make a payment or change my debit card, an error occur. Help me on this
Pn Azura, at what stage did the error occured? mind to elaborate more on this? This is what happened to me earlier. I am using MBB Visa debit card, to make an online purchases via debit facility, we need to call card center, they will enable the e-commerce function. Later on, ask them to update your active telephone no into their msos system. This is to make sure you can receive msos code via the sms.
Yup it happened to me also but my cards are already activated and have been used many times before, try using other cards/phone until u get it or u should also check if ur card is already activated for onine payment or not yet too

Would help to know what exactly the issue is. And if you have contacted your bank to let them know you're doing an online transaction and it's not getting through. Can also mention to them it's for a Telco (Yoodo) registration process.

My port in failed becaused yoodoo..notbthe bankers.. its said too many subscription... the fact is i only activated only one number 01156301136... now im trying to port in 0124968058.. still failed.. already chat... 5 times.. but problem not solved... huhuhu
Pls call your old telco & ask to them why your MNP process failed and reject

Selalunya bagi pihak Yoodo, line boleh aktif serta merta selepas dapat pelepasan dari telco asal.
Sila check dengan customer service umobile untuk tahu status mnp dari sana.
Macam saya dulu, selepas beberapa jam balas sms pengesahan dari U Mobile, talian dah aktif.
Untuk maklumat lanjut, boleh hubungi U Mobile di talian 1318 (dari talian U Mobile)
I am using maxis and use same number for this yoodo activation . But my problem this maxis number I don't use for more than 3 mth. My mistake not check is this maxis number still valid while submitting to yoodo
You mean your maxis number has already expired? And you try to port in this number to Yoodo?
If expired, most probably the port out request from maxis will be rejected too.
Anyway, you can Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to check on this.

Hi Stanley, how fast the process to port in to Yoodo is still at your current active telco. Just give some time as the process could take 3 to 5 working days to complete.

My internet data too slow i wasting 100gb cannot used because too slow.

I have checked and currently still in progress. Previously its has been rejected due to you did not reply to the confirmation SMS for the port out. Hence just wait for the SMS then reply it within the time frame given ya.
