Hi, we don't have itemized billing but you'll get an invoice each time you make a purchase (both for any plans or add-ons like boosters, IDD etc)

By default, your plan is set to
renew itself every month, so payment is deducted from your card automatically. If you want to change this, just go to your dashboard in the Yoodo app, tap on 'change' in the plan bar and toggle the auto-renew button to ‘Off’. Your plan will stop on the date it expires.
May I know? Why the internet add ons is a bit low price than the main one? Is there any consequences like the speed of Mbps whether yoodo limits the speed than the main one or not? I look forward for admin's response.

Internet Add-Ons are literally Add-Ons, FB, YouTube. That's different than main data which can be used for everything.
But to answer your question, whichever you pick, main data, or Add-Ons or Boosters, Nothing in Yoodo is throttled - we don't restrict speed limits.
However, if the quota of Data you purchased has Finished, then the Data will be throttled at 64kbps cause that's only fair. So if you bought 20GB, it's at the fullest possible speed, until your down to 0GB, then it goes to 64kbps.

Nope. Yoodo doesn't have carry forward feature. Whatever that is left at the end of your cycle will be forfeited.

Hi, minutes call will deduct for calling out. Kindly get in touch with yoodo staff thru Live Chat for verification. Scroll below until you find it.
Shouldn't deduct when you receive calls. You can even receive calls if you did not subscribe to any voice plan.
Do Live Chat with Yoodo's agents check this further.
do you guys have any recommended android apps to record in detail our outgoing calls, since yoodo didnt provide any. apps should be able to provide printable call data, send to email maybe,or pdf file maybe.

Whatsapp usage isn't that high, perhaps you haven't seen the deduction cause not much yet to deduct. Give it another day or so to check again?

Should be the end of your monthly subscription.
Till your 30-day cycle is up. Then it will go into an inactive period of 60 days where you can only receive calls/sms. You can select the plan that you want and the change will take place when your cycle renews and you need to turn on auto renew.
