I am having some account authentication problem with paypal, it tied to my main email but even with correct credentials their system still unable to identify me. Cannot reset but need to call them directly. Anyone?
Hi MOHD YAZID BIN MOHD IDRUS , you're having problem with paypal or the payment method in Yoodo? Cause if it's Paypal then you'd definitely have to get in touch with them directly :)
Thanks Jeff, I am abit malas to make calls to them unless there are some urgency to do that. In a mean while I'll use direct debit to make the purchases.

Yoodo takde customer care pakai telefon calls. Ada Live Chat, setiap hari dr 9am ke 6pm atau submit ticket dan ejen Yoodo akan email balik.
