However, it's pretty simple to make payments with Yoodo, just use your credit/debit card - activate it once and forever after that all transactions within the app, you won't have to validate etc again! ;)

As of now, you can only use credit card or debit card. Wallet topup is still unavailable if im not wrong.
Heya, as per the FAQ above, no you can't buy top up.
The only available payment option right now is either a credit card or debit card (all Malaysian ATM card is also a debit card these days but it needs to be enabled/activated for online use)

You can check it in theYoodo App actually. If haven't activated, it should show on the Dashboard itself.
You could otherwise just get in touch with our agents via Live Chat and they'll check for you. Head to the HELP tab on app/website and scroll all the way down for Live Chat :)

Hi AHMAD MUAZ BINHAZIM FADZLI, do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (scroll down for Live Chat option) to see if you can troubleshoot the payment method. Most of the time it's a matter of getting in touch with the bank to enable online transactions, updating them that you've changed telco etc.

Yoodo not using any prepaid topup like other Telcos. Once you register & enable your bank card, payment will be deducted from your bank account. Make sure you have sufficient amount of money inside your bank account.. 💰💰😋

I try to top up using Maybank2u. Then , I received 16 digits pin number. So, now what I should do, next?
You tapped on the wallet icon and selected online banking as your payment method?
Normally it will redirect you to the Maybank2u website to login and confirm the payment. Not sure why you get a 16-digit PIN instead. Maybe you can Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to check on this.

Welcome to Yoodo.., we also hope new method topup via convenience store such as 7E will be implimented by Yoodo, for this time only have Online Banking, Paypal, & E-wallets (Grabpay, Touch & Go, Boost) . Btw, Keep on suggesting and stay updates with Yoodo ya... Thank you :)
