How to remove credit card ?
Heya LW KON E , you can do that by getting in touch with our agents via Live Chat (head to HELP tab either on the app/website, scroll all the way down for the Live Chat option)
If I remember it correctly there's a thread about this earlier. If you need to totaly delete your card token, pls contact Yoodo agent via live chat. But actually you could just replace card in the app itself. Yoodo does not keep card details only token just like iFlix etc. When you replace card, you will only be charge through the new card.
I have paid so many times to activate your sim card and I end up without an active line. Why is this happening?
I have received your sim cards but after payment with credit card, the line is not activated. Why?
Hi Yoodo Guest, did your payment go through? If successful, you'll receive an email with the details of the purchase.
If not, it probably didn't go through, and that's why your account isn't activated. You can drop us a ticket right now for us to change in details, or have a Live Chat with our agents (starts at 9am daily till 6pm). Just head to the HELP tab, and scroll all the way down for this live chat or to submit a ticket to us. Thanks and hopefully it'll be resolved soonest and we'll have you onboard!
You should consider us to topup and use wallet like normal prepaid for sms/call..some ppl need to use sms service but 50sms/mth is too much nowadays not even worth rm3 if we only use 1-2 sms for 15cent max.

Hi Jeff, if it is not possible to top up the wallet to use for pay as you go sms (as this is kinda deviating from yoodo's business model), maybe yoodo management can consider 50 sen for 5 smses or RM1 for 10 smses as a booster option as opposed to main plan.
How to terminate this acc?
Tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner of the Yoodo app then tap Manage Your Lines. Then tap on Terminate a Line.
But if you want to terminate the account, you'll need to Live Chat the agents to help you with that.

Many promotions are coming.
Allow top up to wallet similar to boost as an option to direct debit or credit from cards. This works much more transparent so that those who has small balance in wallet can top up to require level & use it instead of having seen balance that can't be use due unsuitable or unavailable purchase.
I already set my debit card on payment method but I got notification it failed to charge from my account. And I’m tried with another debit card also have the same problem. Help me!
Maybe try to call your bank to inform them that you will be using the debit card for transactions with Yoodo.

What is the use of e wallet?
The credit in the Yoodo wallet is used to pay for monthly plans and boosters. So far, you can't use it to purchase anything else other than what is offered at the Yoodo app Dashboard.
