Hi MARK KOK HOONG about your previous Celcom Postpaid you need to contact with them & asked them the term & settled the bills.
For postpaid users, follow this checklist before submitting your port out request:
a) Make sure your line is active
b) If you are the main line holder, remove any supplementary lines from your account
c) If you are a supplementary line holder, remove your line from the main account
d) Make sure to settle all outstanding bills with your current service provider.
Hi Admin, just registered everything with my previous number. How can I know when or how to cancel my celcom service and do final balance payment to celcom? Thank you

Yup. Celcom postpaid
I have tried activate but when come to keeping my number another message pop up saying number is not available. How to proceed?
