During signing up, in registering debit card, I was directe to MB webpage. After filling up the MOS code, charged RM35, I was instructed to tap the button to return. Tapped the button, webpage stop loading, Yoodo apps doesn't recognize me. So, I signed up again with same address, same email address, and same mobile plan, but without registering debit card. My account is RM0, and I want my money back.

My sim is activated but on my phone it says not registered on network?

I assume you have subscribed to a data/voice/sms plan when you activated your sim. What about the APN? Is it showing yoodo? Is it a new line activation or porting in from another telco?
Is it working now? Sometimes it takes a little while to get it on the network after activating.

My Current Plan plan is renewed on the 23rd or very month and my credit card will be charged automatically.
If I then decide to change my plan to another plan the next day (say 24th of the same month) but the total RM amount is the same as my original plan, will I be again charged another full amount even though I've already been charged for the original plan?
i think the answer is Yes. Because if you change to another plan it is like you buy a new plan. So will be charge to you card.

You will be charged, it's not by usage, it's by purchase.
I can purchase a Booster 10x and pay 10x for it, doesn't matter how long I use it for.
Same goes for the Plan. It used to be 30 days cycle (it still is) but now there's the option of renewing earlier, as early as 'anytime', which means you pay when you renew. Hope that clarifies ;)
