What do you mean by change number aftter sign in. For my case, I order the MNP plan for my sim. But when sim arrived, I choose to pick new number instead of porting my current number. Then I order new sim for port in.
As long as the sim is not activated, you can use that sim to port in your old number. Even new sim already has plan when you order, still can overide when activating.
Hi MOHAMMAD ADY SAIFUL BIN ABDULHALIM ..dont worry & no need to order new sim, u can choose to keep your old number on sim activation later when your sim arrive or already have the sim in your hand...there are option in the app where u can click if want to activate the number you already choose or make another new number/keep my number
Hi guest, you can find it after 'CUSTOMIZE YOUR PLAN' part..1st choose your plans then tap the button 'i want this plan (dont choose "No thanks i just want a free sim") then you can see a screen show SELECT A NEW NUMBER or KEEP MY NUMBER

Hi, I'm currently using postpaid plan from other line & the bill is still not out yet. I already registered yoodo & I choose to keep my current number. I'm not terminating my current line because the instructions said I need to keep my number active. So, can you give me the next instructions. Will yoodo contact my current postpaid plan to notify them or I need to inform them myself? Thanks.

I keep on same number. But its said portability in progress? How long will its takes to process it?
Within 1-3 days. Best to check your MNP status with Yoodo agent via live chat if you have not receive any news by then

At which step did you encounter this message? They are probably having some issues with their system at the moment.

Same problem ; unable to port in using old number from celcom
biasanya tiada masalah..klo ada pasti melibatkan bil tertunggak ataupun dlm kontrak..
It was a supplementary number but already decoupled and now is a Principal line
All bills have been settled
No contract issues
Why i cant register my old number? It says "error, it looks like the number u've selected is no longer available. Please go back to re-select

First, check with your current telco. Is it your IC number no error. If yes, do ask them to fix it for you. Then you can reapply for MNP.
