Before you insert your SIM into your phone, activate your SIM card first. Here's how Yoodo it:
Step 1: Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot to access the app
Step 2: Log in to the Yoodo app
Step 3: Choose “Activate my SIM”.
Step 4: Follow the instructions to get your SIM activated.
Step 5: Receive an activation success message.
Step 6: Insert your SIM into your phone. You're good to go!

It will be more choice if we have the 'broadband' mode instead of normal function of calls and sms. Let's look at what DiGi having now, they have postpaid and prepaid broadband.
Yep. 3 years ago at my kampung Internet test speed can go up to 7mbps using celcom. Now it may can go more higher. I'm using Streamyx 2mbps because no unifi at my kampung also expensive broadband package. So if Yoodo can provide broadband package it's so nice. 😘
yea that would be interesting but as far as I know, we don't have plans for broadband at this point. Guess we need to make our mobile line a reasonable success first before venturing into other aspects hehe
I sure hope we do tho! Like you buy data, and it's shared between your broadband/mobile/family ? that would be pretty cool eh ;)
could u make it more simplier, by just let us use the simcard instead to key in every detail like bank account and pay first to get rm20.

the tittle can easily put in the ads once u pay rm3 we free rm20 for first trail it gonna be alot of different stories. if they have mention it at the ads but dont put small tiny tnc beside la.. write big big la kan!

Oh yea another solution. Unifi apps. Hit it.. One Id get free 5 sim, only one not hussle free is u have to get it at station but at lease 5 sims worth the trouble.
Anyway. Decide to ignore and don't type. More. We should learn more in that. And my complaint is their knowledge that someone do see this and do know the ads r something wrong. And so on. Change it. It's true the sim is free, also free RM20 Yoodo credit.
Steps that you need to do is about sim registration rules by gov. At other telco, you need to provide ic for registration. Since Yoodo is digital telco, you have to follow the steps required via app. Including need to buy package for sim activation.

You raised interesting and true points. It is marketing, but it is not a lie - we honor the promotions we have said we'll do, there are thousands of our customers who can attest to this. Someone not reading t&c is not the Telco's fault, not including important details in t&c is, you have rightly pointed that out as well.
All Telco and it's marketing is governed by MCMC, which we abide by. Best thing in Malaysia with us around is that there are even more options for the consumer.

Hi, jika tidak dapat scan muka cuba pergi ke setting app, clear kan cache/data app. Jika masih gagal, sila cuba phone lain (kwn, keluarga). Jika semua dh cuba dan masih gagal, boleh hubungi live chat agent pada waktu pejabat. Scroll ke bawah utk butan live chat atau hantar tiket.
Lol. Follow all step but failed in face recognition. I Wonder why yoodo impose such tricky step as other sim didnt request such procedure.
This is standard procedure to activate the sim because Yoodo is digital. Other telco have their stuff to help you register by giving your ic to them.
Why can’t I activate a data plan with the voice plan

Hi NARAYANANSAMY A/L TAMBUSAMY, you need to have a minimum Data plan (or any Data plan selected) and then only Add-On to that with Whatsapp or FB etc.
These are Add-On (and they're Data), in principle, you can't add-on to something you didn't have yet.
Alterntively, you can just get the Voice plan first, and purchase Booster for Data (especially with RM 20 for 20 GB still available).

How to activated my second sim
At the Yoodo app, tap on the 3 horizontal lines at the top of the screen. Select "Activate a SIM". Enter the 18-digit SIM number and follow the instructions.
Hi Salman. Are you activating your second sim using the same account or you're planning to add it in another account.
Either way, you may add in on the same account the same way you add your first account. But mind you, the referral bonus only works on different ID than the introducer.
How to change other telco no after i already active and select new number
Grace period is 30 days before you can change into other telco.
norzy, if I understand your question correctly, you already choose the number during the order, than that number already stamped into the sim posted to you. You need another new blank sim and MNP it by retaining your other telco number.
