    May i know whether you port out  and when did you reply to the previous TELCO SMS? The system will need 1~3 working days to complete the process. 

    If already > 3 days. you can check whether your old SIM still got line.. if should be not connected anymore.

    Yes you have to wait, do not install the sim first... Your switch will happen anytime between 1 - 3 business days after you activate your SIM.

    Hi NURUL ZARITH AFISYA BINTINURUL AZHAR. normally you will receive email from Yoodo regarding your line. if it is about to be suspended. so do check your email.
