    Received my SIM. 

    Go to App and activate

    Barcode scan for 18 digit serial number successful

    Choose Plan to activate done

    Register ID (Position ID card in this Frame) ............... no next button to proceed. I am stucked!

    Yoodo, why so slow? I've already requested to port out from U Mobile to Yoodo 3 days ago. U guys sent me the sim, but until now didn't port out for me. So what's the point? If everything not done by today, I will switch to Maxis.

    Hi, replying to 2 different questions here; 

     

    1) To Lee Sweet Lit; There's no 'snap picture' option as the facial recognition works to detect the face, as long as it's within the borders as shown on screen and then it'll give instructions to either nod or blink, which then moves on to next screen. 

    If not it's not going further, it could be a few things - Not enough light on the subject, camera could be smudged with fingerprints etc so image isn't clear, or could even be a camera auto-focus issue (if this is the case, then try to sign out from this device and try signing in from a different device and finish up the registration process). Please get in touch with our agents via Live Chat or Ticket so they can walk you through the troubleshooting process soonest possible. Thanks

    2) On the Yoodo Port in, upon checking it seems you have not activated your SIM. After you initiate the port in process, you'll be sent a SIM card, which in your case have reached you. In the SIM card pack there's also instructions on how to complete the Port In request. 

    Please do Activate your SIM (don't need to use it yet, just complete the Activation process). Once done, you'll get a notification asking you to wait while we get in touch with your current Telco. You'll receive an SMS from your current Telco to confirm your Port Out, reply with a YES. And then we'll process the Port In. From what I've seen this happens anytime from 30mins to 24 hours. You can also monitor the progress from your Yoodo. Once you receive the Port In successful SMS, Switch to your New Yoodo SIM and you're good to go! Hope that helps

    This will help us to pinpoint where exactly is the hold up and resolve it asap for you! Also to note, your details or account plan is Not stored in the SIM card until you activate it, this means even in the event the SIM card was lost/missing in transit, there's no personal details tied to the SIM neither can it be used by anyone to represent yourself.

    Heya, you have to specify that you're doing an MNP (porting into Yoodo) to keep your number when you're registration process itself as it's a slightly different journey to apply new number and keeping existing number.

    You can always re-do the registration process again to get a new SIM, but this time instead of choosing a Number, select 'keep my number' and follow the instructions.

    scan the mykad done
    scan my face done
    Asked me to enter card no done
    Registering from mbb to send me the msos no. to last 4 digit 8815. Who's the hell this no. belongs to? Not even my no. how the bank is going to send me the msos?

    It said my sim already activated..but I didnt recieve any succesful msg..then I insert sim into my phone..nothing happen??how to pay actually?looks like easy to purchase but actually complicated..😡

    Sazrul, activated lepas successfully link dengan debit card ke? cuba buat balik semula dgn activate now tu. Saya sendiri buat 5-6 kali baru jadi.

    MOHD YAZID BIN MOHD IDRUS you managed to activate your account with your MBB card? so, there wasn't any issues with the msos right? hmm

    jeff, solved with the msos. The issue was due to bank's system unable to read all the 11 digit phone no. They deleted and added again, refresh and voila... all the 11 digit appear. After that I am getting few sms of msos code in a long row.
