Before making the switch, here's a checklist of things you need to do:
Clear all your outstanding bills with your current provider.
Remove any 2nd, 3rd or 4th lines from your primary line.
Finish your remaining credit with your current provider.
Next:
Step 1: Go on the Yoodo app, and select the option “Keep my number” during the sign-up phase.
Step 2: Order your SIM and wait for it to arrive.
Step 3: Once you’ve received your SIM in the mail box, don’t insert it yet. Activate it through the Yoodo app.
Step 4: Wait 1 - 3 days for a message that says your number has been ported over.
Step 5: Insert your SIM. You’re all set!

I have received my sim so can i port my old number to the sim now? Or am i skipping a step because i already ordered the sim because to make an account here and to ask questions, at that time i dont know where to ask for stuff other than here after signing up
Hi, yes you're right in that during the registration process instead of choosing a number, you should opt for 'keep my number' and then follow the instructions.
As for the case right now, why not you try loging out from your account (in app - the Top Left hand menu > Logout) . After that at the login screen click on 'Activate a SIM' follow the instructions and when prompted to choose number - select 'keep my number'
Do let me know if that works out for you, otherwise please do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat. Thanks
Hai, I order to keep my number but actually I order for my dad, and that number is not my number.. how? For example. To activate because I help to order number for my dad. I anything I became the one doing anything. Pay bill. Its is ok?
Should be no problem but during sim activation your dad should be with you cos there is facial recognition that should match with the ID recognition.
About the payment, once you have save your card details and choose auto renew, you simply have to do nothing unless you want to change the plan.
Heya, by keeping your number I'm assuming you're trying to port out from your current telco to Yoodo? This is also known as MNP.
If that's the case, then it's a No, can't do. To port out to different Telco it has to be in the same name, meaning in Yoodo, you need to make a request from your personal details, cause Yoodo will 'communicate' with your existing Telco and only if every details match, the request to port will go through, even a single simple detail isn't accurate and the port out will be denied. These are standard regulations.
However, you can purchase a New number for your Dad. Help him to do all the process and when it comes to payment, use your payment card as per EARIE BIN MADIUS mentioned. That is no issue, basically you can pay for your dad's account, and once registered, next time onwards he doesn't need you to input your payment details again, it can be auto-renewed.
Hope that helps :)
I think if you are just helping your dad to do the MNP, using his ID, it should be ok. But if you are trying to do MNP but using a new ID other than your dad's, then it's a no. Just like @thejeff said.
Do let us know if you have successfully done with the MNP 😀😀
Hye..wanna to ask if my current sim is expired already means no line..can i req the same number?
I don't think the number is available again so soon once it's expired. At least not that fast. But you can always check from the preferred number if it's already available
yup EARIE BIN MADIUS is correct, once expired you can't be guaranteed to get the same number. It will go back into cycle and you can try to find it, but it's also up for anyone to get it once it's back in the system :)
I dont see any option to “keep my number”, is it after the sim card arrive?
When u got your sim, u need to activate it. 1st login to your account then 'Activate a sim' follow the instructions and when prompted to choose number - select 'keep my number'...
i have 2 line in 1 acc in my current telco.i want to mnp 1 line to yoodo.but my current telco rejected due to cannot mnp only 1 line and they cannot split the line also.can i mnp both line to yoodo without spliting the line?
Hi Firdaus, stated in their FAQ joint number must be split first. But, pls verify this with Livechat to see possible or not. As far im concern, they should be no problem for other Telco to port in both line in the same time. Hope its help 👌
Hi my current number is postpaid and i want to switch to yoodo but keep the same number.. is it possible?
Yes you can. Just make sure you have no outstanding bills with your current postpaid plan. Then order a sim from the Yoodo app. When the sim arrives, go to Activate a SIM, choose the plan that you want then select "Keep my number" to port in to Yoodo.

hai NUR ALEESYA RABIAH BANTA, the best is to keep in touch with yoodo agents via Live Chat, but Live chat only available 9am-6pm everyday, so for fast respone i suggest you submit a ticket to Yoodo customer care so they can reach and reply you tomorrow via email. Head to 'Help' tab and scroll all the way down for 'Submit a Ticket/Ajukan tiket' option...
