I click manage line, the + symbol to add another registered Yoodo number, but it asks for monthly plan selection, that Yoodo number already sign up it's own monthly plan, how should I proceed?

Chang, you can always ask to send the free sim instead and you can decide on what plan and no. later.

Heya, if u click the hamburger menu. + Add line is for u to add new line..not yet register.

BUT, to manage registered sims under yr names go to dashboard, see the phone number on the top and click it. U will see all the numbers registered under ur name. Hope it helps !! ✌✌

Different sims can be managed from a single yoodo app, provided they are registered under the same email. If they are registered under the same email, just go to dashboard, and click the number on top of it. It will open a list of numbers registered under it.

    Thanks Faizul,
The log out and log in with different email works but a little bit tedious. ^^'

I am hoping that there is a method to put that number under my management (by providing the app with email and Yoodo password) so I could check the usage and buy booster easily.

    Hi Mohd Yazid,
Is it possible to change that number email to my email so I could manage that number inside my Yoodo app without going through the log out and log in?

Chang, there are few requests before this about email switching, the best who can answer this is Yoodo. Try to get live chat to assist you further.

    Dear Valued Customer,
With regards to your inquiry, we are sorry to inform you that the email address can not be changed once the account has been activated.

Hey CHANG CHEN YEE, yup kinda betui for now! While you can pay for anyone's Yoodo account or line with your payment method (as long as you do the neccesary verifications), you can't change/transfer the Yoodo account at this moment. And the way we work is that the account is tied to the email when it was created.

Understand the need to be able to change and the extreme cases where this could be an issue, but at this moment we can't do that yet. Will update when it's possible, sorry for the inconvenience tho :)
