Can I upgrade / downgrade my plans?

    I just selected a 5gb data upon activation, after a moment of thought, i want to edit the 5gb data to 10gb instead, can someone help?

    Hi EDDIE CHIN EU JN, once you've selected a plan and it goes 'live', you can't edit it for this month itself. You can still change the plan at any moment, but since it's already live - the changes will take effect on the following month onwards.

    What you can do is purchase a Booster for additional Data. Infact our RM8 for 8Gb booster is still available at the moment - that'll be a great purchase! Hope that helps, I'm attaching an image on buying Boosters below. Thanks

    from my opinion Yoodoo has come with great change on-the-go plan, with this scheme - client can easily change the plan depending on their actual usage - it is good, I love Yoodoo already.

    Can I transfer my mainline & subline to yoodo
    The sub line used by my daughter in her hp . How I go about it. ?

    You can transfer all your line to yoodo as long as those line under your name. Max lines are 5.

    Hi Azizah, pls bear in mind that to subscribe to addons, you will need to purchase a base data plan first. Lowest data plan is RM12 for 2GB. But make sure you purchase base data plan and addons at the same time during your change plan session because addons cannot be purchased as boosters.

    How i change my plan?
    My problem is, the due date/renew cycle date is on this 22 jan, but i want to make sure the billing cycle/renew cycle on 23 or 24 jan (paycheck date..haha).

    At the same time, i wanna change the plan as my current 100gb and 50 min call is not enough.
    Need atleast 200/2000 min call with 100gb quota.

    Hi Mohamad Syazwan yes you are free to customize & change anytime. 1- via Yoodo apps you can manage your next cycle by switch toggle ON/OFF your auto renewal on the 'Change plan sections' and also change your plans there.

    The problem is that change plan option will grey out if the auto-renewal turn off. 🤔

    Yeah, cos if you turn off auto renewal, it means that you do not plan to subscribe to the next plan yet. Once you decide, just turn on auto renewal, subscribe to a new plan, let the plan take effect then turn off auto renewal again if you do not plan to auto renew in the next 30 days.

    Renewal cycle is every 30 days. So each of the month renewal cycle date will be different right? consider we have 31 days in some month and 28/29 days in FEB.

    Yes, the renewal cycle will change accordingly.
