No, you can't, sorry. Once your line has been charged for the month and your plan is active, there will be no refund. To avoid further charges to your account, turn off auto-renewal from your Yoodo app.

Once i cancel.. do i get to keep the number. Maybe in the future when the reception is better i can start using again
Hi KILLY RAMES NAIDU A/L SOORYA PRAKASAM, no you don't actually. Even if you don't cancel but didn't keep the line active (30 days after the last plan ends) it'll also be suspended and you won't get to keep the number.

If you mean you want your cycle to renew earlier in the month let's say you want it your cycle to start on the 1st of the month, simply don't renew your cycle when it expires but only renew them on the 1st of the month.

RLH Plus is available in Taiwan under network Chunghwa Telecom Mobile, why weren't you able to use it? AS long as your APN is set to yoodo and you've latched on to our preferred partner, there shouldn't be any issues as we have many users daily roaming in Taiwan.
