If you want to change your name, address, you have to contact Yoodo live chat. But only can change name like your name in your IC.
If you want to change your profile picture, just klik your name, and select edit profile.

Buat masa ni Yoodo belum boleh buat pertukaran nama.
Presently, profile change apply to website only. There is no change can be made thru app.
But, only profile photo can be change on the web. Name/email/phone still fix.
If u want to change personal details such as name/address kindly ask Yoodo agent by livechat.
Why when I make phone call and it keep showing to ask me sign in to yoodo network

Error in Name -- Trying to change in My Profile. So that Port-in to Yoodo can be successful.
Have submitted request via Yoodo app - automated email but no action taken.
So I did a Live Chat (as mentioned in the thread above here). The agent says CANNOT.
Looked on Desktop and within App -- no option to change name.
2) So, my next request was: "Please delete this account, so that I can re-use my Email address".
Reply: "No, We CAN'T do that".
Really don't understand why Telcos don't want to assist potential customers...

change of name cause it's wrong? Then please get in touch with our agents via Live Chat. They'll help you rectify it asap.
change name > as in nickname to be seen here in Community? That's not possible, we don't have that feature at this moment. Even if you tried to change, it'll revert back to original name after a while ;)
It is because of the zendesk problem.. if u edit your name then it will resume to original . not sure if Yoodo team has solved this issue..try for myself
