How do I change my profile settings?

    Try to change as guide given, but profile still can't change. Click the profile icon, nothing happen.

    Hmmmm... before I activated my SIM I could change my account pic but after I activated it I can't seem to find a way to change my profile

    Did you try it from web? There was a backend change that was made recently that might have messed this part up :/

    I'll try to get an answer or update on this ASAP. Sorry guys

    I cant access the website. I cant change anything. What is this?

    IZHAAR BIN ISMAIL Once your activation is complete (payment successful) - you should be able to upload the profile photos from the website as mentioned above. Do let me know if still facing an issue after that. Thanks

    Can’t change my profile details like billing address (using the app)

    hi LIM SU CHING, if the address is wrong, you can get in touch with our agents via Live Chat to update it :)

    Presently, profile change apply to website only. There is no change can be made thru app.

    But, only profile photo can be change on the web. Name/email/phone still fix.

    If u want to change personal details such as name/address kindly ask Yoodo agent by livechat.
