Try to change as guide given, but profile still can't change. Click the profile icon, nothing happen.

Hmmmm... before I activated my SIM I could change my account pic but after I activated it I can't seem to find a way to change my profile
Did you try it from web? There was a backend change that was made recently that might have messed this part up :/

Presently, profile change apply to website only. There is no change can be made thru app.
But, only profile photo can be change on the web. Name/email/phone still fix.
If u want to change personal details such as name/address kindly ask Yoodo agent by livechat.
I can’t really change my name using the app, when I click the icon button there’s nothing going on
You will need to Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to change your name.
It is because of the zendesk problem.. if u edit your name then it will resume to original . not sure if Yoodo team has solved this issue..try for myself

change name > as in nickname to be seen here in Community? That's not possible, we don't have that feature at this moment. Even if you tried to change, it'll revert back to original name after a while ;)

Error in Name -- Trying to change in My Profile. So that Port-in to Yoodo can be successful.
Have submitted request via Yoodo app - automated email but no action taken.
So I did a Live Chat (as mentioned in the thread above here). The agent says CANNOT.
Looked on Desktop and within App -- no option to change name.
2) So, my next request was: "Please delete this account, so that I can re-use my Email address".
Reply: "No, We CAN'T do that".
Really don't understand why Telcos don't want to assist potential customers...
Hi, I think there's a misunderstanding. What the agent say can't is you can't change your name by yourself. To change the name, you need to talk to live agent.
I've done this before port in. 1st, I activate new sim. Then my name got error = AriffinBin, it should be Ariffin Bin. So I contact live chat to fix my name. Take a few logout and login but it's successful. Done changing my name, I proceed to port in without any problem.
