    So this trend of delayed delivery happened since 8 months ago?! WOW!! And Yoodo team still using Freight Mark Courier?! Don't get me wrong, I still wanna support YOODO, but i think the feedback from the users are being very clear now, Freight Mark sucks. Both of the SIM that I ordered on 7th September had been shipped 3 weeks ago. But at the end, Freight Mark just update the tracking status: "Vehicle breakdown", Delivery Rescheduled. Fine, lets wait for another day. Same thing happened, delivery rescheduled. Eventually, after 3 weeks, Freight Mark is still rescheduling the SIM delivery with bunch of lame excuses. The point is why don't YOODO change another courier or another way to deliver the SIM to the users? Seems escalating the issue to the courier is not the most effective way to handle the delay of SIM Card delivery.

    Why should we contact them ? This is not one person issue nor happen yesterday, it been like this since they first started, seem like Yoodo doesn't care or need new customer.

    Yoodo Guest hi! thanks for your feedback! What the other guys advice is correct. Please do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat for more info.

    However, you don't need to. The SIM should reach you anyhow. In your case, it might be delayed due to a few reasons (which we'll only know when getting in touch with the agents, cause they'll check with our delivery partners).

    As a company we're fully aware of it, it's the best we can do at this moment. For every 1 complaint of delay, the delivery partner has more than a few hundred successful deliveries on time. So we're always actively monitoring, however in your situation, apologize for the delay!

    Imagine sim card rosak, hilang, you must pray tu God that replacement sim card arrive, arrive in time and u not that few hundred unlucky person like manager claim ... else u God bless you.

    At this moment you can't register if you don't have a credit/debit card or paypal payment options. There are other workaround for debit card like the cimb lazada card as mentioned by some of our users but that's the only payment options for activations. 

    At some point soon, we'll be also having online banking as a payment option :)
