    Do correct your word guys, its not pirate to scam & give u FREE simcard...have any scammer before give u FREE instead took your penny ?? then u labeling it as HARAM ??..ouch what a brain !!, go contact livechat la instead make wrong statement..maybe ur address u wrote to other planet

    For fast respone do keep in touch with yoodo agent via livechat, so they can track on your sim status with delivery partners (fmx or post express)... livechat available 9am-6pm

    Place an order on 23 April morning and delivery partner tracking still showing Out For Delivery since 26 Apr. I stay in JB city and today already 27 Apr. Another bad service company. I got the tracking number from Live Chat agent ady on 26 Apr,  FMX ;  MY1004864511

    Order on 8th june. Email the sim delivered on 17th june. But untill now I still dont received any sim.

    Why so kill joy? What the fuck is three workings days for delivery? Minimum 3 delivery days + estimation at least 1 month processing a sim Card?

    At this moment you can't register if you don't have a credit/debit card or paypal payment options. There are other workaround for debit card like the cimb lazada card as mentioned by some of our users but that's the only payment options for activations. 

    At some point soon, we'll be also having online banking as a payment option :)

The only way to check for delivery issues is to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat as there could be different reasons for the delay for the individual cases. Our agents will then check with our delivery partners on the status of the delivery and advice you accordingly.

    Berapa ramai yang kena tipu untuk promosi dari telco lain sebelum ni..tak atifkan..bagi free sim card tahu² kena bayar..walaupun pun tak guna..bukan scam ke tu?... tak boleh bagitahu situasi sebenar ke..nk kena tulis yg baik² je walaupun service fail..da chat dgn live agent pun..janji nk feedback..tak da feedback..call courier service lagi la teruk..sama je jawapan..tunggu feedback..itu je..problem tak selesai..lepas tu offer nk guna fast service..kalau tak smpai refund??..itu je..ini bukan soal refund atau tak..ini soal service yg diberikan..from a-z kena la telus..dekat sini byk yg compalint pasal tak terima sim card..bukan sorang dua..apa tindakannya..cari la punca..courier ke masalah malas buat keje ke..tukar la service penghataran tu..

  • Kalau ikut dah dikirim dah SIM ni Yoodo Guest. Cuma masih dalam proses di Poslaju Parcel Hub. Hairan juga lama sangat prosesnya tu.
