    Order on 8th june. Email the sim delivered on 17th june. But untill now I still dont received any sim.

    if you still not receive your sim pack just try to make new order thru the apps or the website, also its Free. Remember to key-in exact address.

    Shouldn't have to be this way. Fix the problem not work around it. I know it's free but I shouldn't have to be requesting for more than one sim card if I only need the one.

  • Hi, this is not a complain per se, but while I was waiting for the sim and browsed this thread and when I saw only complaints I dreaded for the worst.

    In fact, I didn't experience anything bad at all! The delivery did took 6 working days since the delivery notification (to Sarawak, no less). And the transition was smooth, all you need is to do is to go through the steps on the app once you get the sim, since it needs the sim barcode to activate. I transferred my number from the previous carrier and it only took one day, faster than the projected 3 days promised. All was done on phone.

    So yeah, I just want to put the good word here. The experience so far is so good. Hope you guys treat me well. I'm a heavy data user so if this excellence keeps up I'll throw more money your way 😁

    bilaa laa sim yododo ni nk sampai 😒 dulu okay jer penghntran nyaa cept sampai skrg bila nk order balik dh nk sbulan dh still belum dapat gak 🤦🏼‍♀️

    Yoodo Guest hi, sekarang ni poslaju ada masalah penghantaran. Jadi kami tak boleh proceed dgn penghantaran sim. Kami akan raise kan masalah ni ke pihak yang berkenaan. Hopefully masalah ni akan selesai secepat mungkin.

    Which location are you stay Yoodo Guest? Penghantaran SIM agak lambat sepanjang pelaksanaan PKP ni. Boleh hubungi live chat untuk pertanyaan status Sim yang diorder tu.

    Yoodo Guest hi there! if your area is within Klang valley it may take 3-5 hours by GoGet. If it's outside Klang valley it may take 3-7 working days due to RMO.
