You can do this anytime during the signup process, but once you’ve confirmed your order, you can’t change your delivery method. However, since we only charge you for your activated plan, you can always order a new SIM.

Can report via live chat agent, or simply order new sim. If you're in Klang Valley area, express delivery for RM1 only.

Contact live chat agent to do so if available. Meanwhile, you can create new order.
As written in the article, once the order is placed, you can't change the address. But then, no harm to Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to see if it is still possible before it is collected by the courier. As Ariffin said, better to order a new sim with the correct address.

& want to add & share another tips here if you are at rural area pls request to livechat agents to use 'Pos Express' for the shipment to makesure smooth delivery & easy to tracked.
