I did not receive any postages of sim card for a 2nd time delivery order..but in your system it was done delivered to the address???suppose to delivered 3 days of working but not done..and on delivery i did not get any information or call..

Same here. Said delivered but to whom I don't know. Why the delivery people never call me and tell me when they are coming to send the sim card? Not like other delivery service companies? And still after so many complaints here, since 2 years ago, still yoodo can't solve this easy problem.

Taman Bukit Serdang. I ordered sim cards from yoodo 3 times (for 3 different numbers at 3 different time) and it happened twice. That's 66.67%. It took 6 days for the sim card to reach me (the latest case).

not sure what happen actually, maybe you can check again with Yoodo support team regarding this issue.
Btw, fyi now SIM pack are available at all 99Speedmart stores.
Why i havent receive my sim card when the ordering said it already delivered in the app??? I still didnt receive it. No one contact me when it was delivered
Hi, maybe you can check with guardhouse or mailbox if you're stay in High rise building, otherwise you can contact Yoodo livechat (located in bottom of app/website). Staff will help you tracking or delivery another simcard for free.
