Hi, I have received your email that the sim card delivered to me, but until now more than 36 hours already still haven't received in my mail box.

MOHAMMAD FAIZAL ABDULTHALIB BIN ABDULLAH Sorry to hear that. You can contact yoodo livechat to check your SIM status/tracking number. I also have to contact yoodo agent to find my SIM before this. Like and my place, Yoodo use FMX and Poslaju to delivered the SIM depend on poscode.

I received email sim has arrived subsequently when I checked the yoodo apps under shipping and delivery It was indicated that sim delivered. Thus I emailed yoodo the got replied that will take 2 days. I even screenshot from from the apps. I question was received email sim "Arrived" but in the apps sim "Delivered" I understand arrived means it's arrived at yoodo and sim delivered means delivered to customer. Kindly check this.
Sometimes the SIM arrived at forwarding agent not at addresses we use during order the SIm. Contact Yoodo live chat and ask them about you sim delivery. What courier they use to send your Sim. Like in my place Yoodo will use either FMX or Poslaju. If FMX sometime have to collect the sim at their office.

I did not receive any postages of sim card for a 2nd time delivery order..but in your system it was done delivered to the address???suppose to delivered 3 days of working but not done..and on delivery i did not get any information or call..
